Good to know
Framing
Paintings are sold rolled. On request we can frame the painting in one of three ways:
- stretched onto stretcher bars with staples on the sides - does not reduce the size of the painting,
- stretched onto stretcher bars with staples on the back - may slightly reduce the size of the painting,
- a traditional frame.
We make our frames ourselves, to measure, from laminated wooden mouldings. If you are not sure which framing to choose, we will advise you depending on the canvas, the interior and your preferences.
Delivery
Arranged individually, depending on the size and the delivery address. Every painting is carefully packed so that it arrives intact.
Personal pickup
You can collect the painting in person in the Rewal municipality (West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland). Pickup elsewhere or delivery is arranged individually, depending on the delivery address.
Returns
You can return an unframed painting within 14 days. Framing is made to measure for a specific painting: you choose the moulding from dozens of styles and we cut the frame to the centimetre. A framed painting is therefore made to your specifications and, under Polish consumer law, cannot be returned. Before framing, we will confirm all the details with you.
Durability
Oil paintings stay with us for years. In our homes and our clients’ homes, paintings have hung for nearly 30 years and still delight with the same vivid colours.
Care
From time to time, simply dust the painting with a soft, dry cloth and do not hang it near a source of heat, such as above a radiator or next to a fireplace.
