What data and why

When you send the inquiry form, we process the data you provide: name, e-mail address, optionally phone number and the message. We use it only to answer your inquiry and, if relevant, to prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

We keep the data as long as needed to handle the inquiry, and if a purchase is made, for the period required by tax law.

Who receives the data

• Web3Forms (Web3Creative, India) - a service that forwards form messages to our e-mail. It stores messages for a maximum of 3 years. To prevent spam, the sender's IP address and e-mail may be checked by CleanTalk and Akismet.
• Google (Gmail) - our mailbox.
• Cloudflare - website hosting.

Some of these services may process data outside the European Economic Area. This is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or on an adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

We do not sell data or share it with others for marketing purposes.

Cookies and statistics

This website does not use tracking cookies. We collect visit statistics with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not store cookies or identify visitors. Fonts are served from our own server, not from Google.

Try on your wall

A photo uploaded in the "Try on your wall" tool stays in your browser only. We do not send or store it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time - just write to e-mail. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
